My e-mails stored under "Folders on your Computer" are missing, how can I get them back?

Emails stored under Folder on My Computer are missing.

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

There are two methods you can use to find these moved emails.

Manually checking for missing emails:

1.     Click on each of the folders that appear below your inbox under Folders on MSN to check for your missing messages.

2.     Click on the Inbox and all folders listed under Folders on my computer to check for your missing messages.

Using Search to find missing emails: If you remember the email subject line, who the email was from, or simply have too many folders to search manually:

1.     Sign in to MSN Explorer.

2.     Click the Mail & More icon.

3.     Click the Find a specific message icon (an envelope and magnifying glass, on the row of icons above the window that shows your email messages).

4.     Enter the subject line, email sender, or text to search for in the From, Subject, or Message text fields and click Find Now. Messages that match your search terms will display below.
